RV Now is a service business, not a 24/7 roadside assistance operator. We respond fast within our hours and our service area, and we triage anything else.
If you're in the middle of a remote highway in another state at 2am — call your roadside assistance, then call us in the morning to coordinate the longer-term fix.

Storm-damaged, broken arms, won't retract, ripped fabric. Most common emergency callout — we carry parts for major brands.
Pulling, juddering, smoking, or anything that's stopping you towing safely. Don't drive on it. Call.
Water actively coming into the van — from a window, a hatch, or an unknown source. Stop the trip, call us.
Nothing turning on, batteries dead, charging not working. Could be a simple fix, could be major. Call before you tow.
Smoke from a wheel, grinding noise, wobble, or anything that suggests a bearing or hub problem. Stop and call.
If you can smell gas — turn off the bottles, ventilate the van, get clear, and call from a safe distance.
Within Adelaide metro and during business hours: we triage your situation on the phone, ask for photos if appropriate, and either dispatch a technician within 2-3 hours or book the soonest available slot. Most awning emergencies are resolved same-day.
Outside metro but within service area (90km): response depends on technician availability and travel. Usually same-day or next-morning. We'll be straight with you on the call.
Outside our service area: we can still help by phone — diagnose what's happening, advise whether you can safely keep moving, recommend what kind of repairer to find, and where possible, refer you to someone we trust nearby.
Outside business hours: we run a phone triage. If we can help in the morning, we will. If you need urgent on-the-spot help, we'll point you at the right roadside service.
