No. Australian insurance law gives you the right to choose your own repairer for most claims. If your insurer pushes back, push back yourself — or let us do it. We're authorised by all major caravan and RV insurers and have working relationships with most of them.
Premiums are set based on a lot of factors, and a single not-at-fault claim usually has minimal impact. At-fault claims may affect future premiums. We can't advise on your specific policy, but we can document the cause of damage clearly so your insurer has the right information.
Within Adelaide metro, most assessments happen within 3-5 business days of you calling us. For urgent claims (van currently unable to be moved or used), we prioritise faster — often same week.
Just your policy excess, and only when the work is being completed. The insurer pays us direct for the repair work. There are no hidden out-of-pocket costs — if anything's not covered, you'll know upfront before we proceed.
If a claim's rejected and we believe it shouldn't have been, we'll help you with a reconsideration request, including providing additional documentation. We can't guarantee outcomes, but having professional repairer documentation often turns rejected claims around.
Yes. Manufacturer warranty work is similar — we do the assessment and repair, document to the manufacturer's standards, and submit for reimbursement. We have working relationships with most major caravan manufacturers.
Highly variable. Minor cosmetic work can be a single visit. Major structural water damage can take 2-6 weeks depending on parts availability and the extent of work. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront, and keep you updated as we go.
